Yesterday we turned our clocks forward for Daylight Savings. Good timing because this month, we will focus on the first of the TeleSmart 10 skills- Time Management.

When we’re on the phone, time is condensed. A telephone first impression is made within 7 seconds and email first impression within 3 seconds. We are communicating with incredibly busy decision-makers who have the capacity to listen in sound bytes to our messaging or see it on a tiny screen on their Treos or Blackberry’s.  The race against time happens when we are selling by phone.
