The recent Inbound Summit on the topic “Social Media is Getting Tired: Social Business is the New Frontier” is a fantastic panel discussion with folks from Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM, and Nimble. Listen to what these thought leaders have to say about Social CRM and how it is being utilized. Especially the highly animated Jon Ferrara, CEO of Nimble.  About 9 minutes in, Jon does a great job of explaining the real reason why information capture and notes are not fully integrated into the CRM from a sales perspective.
