I always wanted to have my own company but didn’t know what it would be until I had one of those brilliant “aha” moments many years ago. A friend watched me in action and commented that I was “lethal” on the phone and should teach others to do what I do. That was 16 years ago when I launched my company, TeleSmart – a company exclusively dedicated to developing inside sales talent. As a thought leader in the field, I write and blog on trends, and timely topics and continue to be an advocate for inside sales. Here is the criteria they are basing their decision on: 

INSIDE SALES PROFESSIONALS CATEGORY

AA-ISP Spirit Award – Awarded to an Individual who displays the following characteristics:

o    Shares a true passion for inside sales

o    Selfless contribution to the industry of inside sales

o    Enthusiasm in helping others with improving inside sales

o    An advocate for advancing the profession of inside sales

AA-ISP Innovators Award – Awarded to an Individual who displays the following characteristics:

o    Is a true “thought-leader” with respect to advancing inside sales

o    Is unwilling to settle for “good-enough”… constantly pushes the envelope. Willing to   take risks

o    Is often an early-adopter, implementing new ideas before others

o    Viewed by peer groups as an person/organization with a “can do” attitude

AA-ISP Excellence in Execution Award – Awarded to an Organization and/or Individual who displays the following characteristics:

o    Viewed by senior leaders and field peer groups as an organization which consistently                                                                                     

o    Delivers outstanding results and value to the enterprise

o    Maintains the highest standards for all operational and performance metrics

o    Is results focused while building and supporting a “people first” culture

o    Is highly regarded by external candidates as a top organization for prospective employment

AA-ISP Executive of the Year – Awarded to an Individual who displays the following characteristics:

o    Recognized by internal and external peer group as an outstanding leader

o    Consistently delivers outstanding organizational results

o    Is a “student” of inside sales… maintains on-going learning, sharing and teaching

o    Shares a passion for helping people succeed and advance in their careers

o    Is an advocate for advancing the profession of inside sales

 

SERVICE PROVIDER DIRECTORY AWARDS

In addition to individual awards, the AA-ISP will recognize Service Providers who provide outstanding products or services to our inside sales communities.  Awards for AA-ISP Service Providers will follow the Service Provider Directory Recognition Program as described and outlined under the SPD section of the AA-ISP web site.  Service Providers may be eligible to win “Service provider of the Year” awards across 7 categories including:

 

·          Consulting Services

·          Training and Education

·          Books and Publications

·          Recruitment Services & Hiring Tools

·          SaaS, CRM and Productivity Tools

·          Outsourcing, Lead Generation and Marketing

·          Computer Hardware and Telephony

 

Award recipients are determined by you, the AA-ISP members through the nomination process and individual reviews and ratings via the SPD section of the web site.  Final award selections will be determined by the AA-ISP Awards Committee.
