World Wide Rave Brilliance

I wanted to go to the Warhol party at San Francisco’s DeYoung Museum this weekend but it was sold out. Isn’t Andy Warhol the one who coined the 15 minutes of fame phrase? He said that everyone should be famous for 15 minutes or is it about spending 15 minutes with someone famous?

I’ll go with the latter because I have met sheer brilliance, David Meerman Scott. This marketing wizard has just launched his new book, World Wide Rave and his supporting video is one of the best author promo videos I have ever seen. It’s global, it’s viral and it’s infectious- you get that cool feeling watching everyone from Dubai to Columbia to San Francisco holding a cool Rave poster.

And after watching it, you think to yourself- damn how did this guy pull it off and sure enough, David is so generous with his knowledge that he lets us in behind the scenes of the making of this video with his free ebook that you must download.
