What is it?

This subscription program is designed to respond to this economy, the mounting pressures to demonstrate ROI and quickly ramp up the sales talent who have 3-second attention spans. These 10 Smart Skill Shots are based on the Smart Selling on the Phone and Online book which sets the training foundation. Each week, teams receive their skill delivered in a web conference format with a trigger event that immediately follows the training to reinforce and support the skill.

It Works:

  1. Smart Shots #1-10
    Each session explains one of the the 10 essential skills for inside sales teams.

    • Customized skill shots are delivered in a 60-minute live webinar, which will be recorded for future on-demand topics.
    • On-demand skill shots let teams access an on-demand webinar.
  2. Trigger Events
    Immediately following the training, a back-end trigger event will be scheduled to support and reinforce the new skills. This includes call blitzes, email campaigns, tournaments, and contests.
  3. One-on-One Coaching
    Each team member and manager will receive 60 minutes of 1:1 individualized and personalized coaching during the course of the contract.
  4. Audio Recordings
    Team members will record samplings of calls to use during the training and coaching. This service helps build an audio library for each client.
  5. ROI & Continuous Feedback
    Targeted feedback ensures stronger training retention and measures the impact of the training.
