The TeleSmart 10 System
The TeleSmart 10 - Sales Booster Series is a system exclusively designed for your Inside Sales Organization. We call it the TeleSmart 10 because it includes ten skills any accomplished inside salesperson must master for selling on the phone and on-line.
By focusing on individual skills, managers and team members can practice one skill set at a time, until each is fully mastered. This "mastery learning" process provides maximum retention and quicker application.
The TeleSmart 10 is delivered in 3 distinct phases. These phases coincide with the three phases of a sales call: the beginning, the middle and the end.

How is this training different?
You may have received prior sales training, but it might not have been telesales-centric and customized to your specific telephone and Internet selling environment. Our approach to training is to design materials that resonate with you and your target audience. Our training is not focused on telephone etiquette and "smile and dial" techniques, but rather designed to immediately capture attention - because when we're on the phone or on email, seconds are all we've got.
How often will training be delivered?
Our approach to training is modular and can be delivered on a monthly basis (One 90-minute topic each month) or quarterly (One full-day session per phase). Training is designed and optimized to incorporate all of the TeleSmart 10 Skills consecutively, so all 10 come as a package (you cannot pick and choose).
