How It Works:
1. Smart Shots
- 10 essential skills for inside sales teams, each session dissects a skill. customized skill shot- this will be delivered in a 60-90 live webinar which will be recorded for future on-demand topics on-demand skill shot- teams will access an on-demand webinar.
2. Trigger Events
- Immediately following the training, a back-end trigger event will be scheduled to support and reinforce the new skills. This includes call blitzes, email campaigns, tournaments, contests.
3. One on One Coaching
- Each team member and manager will receive 60 minutes of 1:1 individualized and personalized coaching during the course of the contract.
4. Audio Recordings
- Team members will record samplings of calls to use during the training, coaching and help build an audio library for each client.
5. ROI & Continuous Feedback
- To ensure stronger training retention and measure impact of the training.
